Rusty Eads has long had a passion for construction and takes great pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship. He began his career in the trades in his early twenties, gaining hands-on experience before launching his own pressure washing company. Through consistent workmanship and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, Rusty quickly built a solid reputation, and demand for his services continued to grow.
By October 2021, the business had expanded beyond what one person could manage. Recognizing the opportunity for growth, his partner left a four-year position with the housing authority to help scale operations and expand service offerings. As the scope of work increased, the company naturally evolved from a pressure washing operation into what is now R&D Carpentry—a full-service construction and carpentry company.
In November 2021, the team earned their contractor’s license, marking a major milestone in the company’s growth. This achievement allowed R&D Carpentry to further expand its capabilities, take on larger projects, and continue serving the community with professionalism, reliability, and skilled craftsmanship.
